I organized for a new antenna to be installed on my roof. Vladimir arrived 'on time' and boy what a stunner!! I rang Vladimir on the Friday for a quote was first he said he would be there on the following Tuesday. He called me back 10 mins later to ask if he could come the next day at 3pm. He arrived the following day for the quote which I was happy with I then asked when he will be able to install, to my surprise he told me he could do it now (this was 3.30pm on a Saturday so you can understand why I was surprised) Within the next half hour the antenna was up and he had installed the 2 outlets as well. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the young man who came to install 2 x new TV Arial sockets in my house. his name was Vladimir and to just say that his manners, his respect of my house with regards to his dirty clothes and cleaning up afterwards was greatly appreciated.
