I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the young man who came to install 2 x new TV Arial sockets in my house. his name was Vladimir and to just say that his manners, his respect of my house with regards to his dirty clothes and cleaning up afterwards was greatly appreciated. He advised me all the things he was going to do or could do before he started then he did the job to my satisfaction. He also went out of his way to run the wiring out of sight as I didn’t really like the idea of seeing wiring outside my house. So I just want to say finally that you should be proud to have such a resourceful and well mannered young man working for your company and I know if I have any more need of such work he will be the guy I ask your company to send out.
